• Pass activation begins on first use day, counting calendar days, not 24-hour periods.
• Pass collection point is near the Louvre, open daily.
• EU residents under 26 and children under 18 enjoy free museum admission but still require time-slot tickets.
• Due to high demand, Louvre entry cannot be guaranteed without a reserved time slot.

Cancellation Policy

Paris Museum Pass can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the selected visit date. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 100% penalty applies.
